Description

Parise may be old, but he played all the games for NYI put up points and finished in the plus.

Tarasenko should be good at that price for a year. He has yet to be signed and wanted to play in NYR.

Getting Laf out and getting prospects and picks should be good since he’ll be asking for a 3.5M$ cap hit. NYR would be better off trading him back to Gorton??

You might have forgotten about K'Andre Miller and if you're sending Lafrenière to MTL, I'd try taking back Beck, Kovacevic and the 2nd rounder and get MTL to take Goodrow contract if he doesn't have MTL on his list.

Rangers GM. Drury denied our report (The Athletic) about the Rangers having gauged the trade market on Alexis Lafrenière, saying on Saturday afternoon that “there’s nothing further from the truth. I haven’t talked to one GM about Alexis. We hope he’s a Ranger for a long, long time.” So stop wasting your time making trade on Laffy. He's NOT getting traded.

Definitely forgot Miller, if Rangers were to consider trading Lafreniere they would want an ELC player coming back that could be a part of their future like they project Lafreniere to be.

Think Kaiden Guhle. A trade would have to be built around him I think, I doubt the Rangers would consider anything else.

Gorton would overpay to get his 1st pick in MTL. Hence the 1st rounder, Owen and Kovacevic plus 2nd rounder. Laffy ain’t the franchise player that what prospected to become.

Yeah, Miller could really make or break the team with the contract he decides to sign, he could take a team friendly bridge 3ishM, what he's worth right now (around 5M) or he could ask for more and negotiate based off his potential (it's unlikely though, Stutzle did that and proved his worth)
