I believe currently Carolina and Jersey are arguably the top two in the league. I'd put Colorado and Vegas on there from the west. Maybe Toronto as well. Those would be the top echelon contenders at the moment. Though it seems quite a few trades have yet to happen.

Werenski > Provorov
Fox > Mika
Slavin > Necas (close)
Pelech > Nelson (super spicy, but I'm so high on him and not a knock on Nelson at all)

And then I'd have them ordered
NYR/NJD/CAR/PIT/NYI/CBJ/WSH/PHI
