This team should be a playoff team as long as Scheifele and Hellebuyck play as if their hearts are in it and guys with injury history like Ehlers and Perfetti avoid the LTIR list. (The Jets might not even need that if Iafallo and Vilardi contribute significantly.)

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not but maybe Vilardi trys to play center? I know he was drafted as a center but was trending towards being a bust until this year when he played on the wing so likely wing is the best spot. But just a thought.
