Mtl like every other team except the Leafs says no. No need for another vet d-man, let alone d-man. Gallagher's contract is awful, but cap isn't a problem right now. That 2nd ain't moving for that package. It's not even a dump seeing as it's -6M +8M. Gallagher was also on a higher point pace than Kampf.
