If the Devils are trading for hellebuyck they'll almost certainly have to send Vanecek to the Jets. WPG isnt rebuilding, so theyll want an NHL goalie as part of that deal.

Tatar was actually very good through the season for NJD. He played on a top line with Hischer really often...however I think he's too far into the off-season to get that kind of money. You could probably get him much cheaper.

Yes, for sure. Both those players are not ready to play.
Savoie struggled to play in AHL playoffs. I think he has crazy upside but no need to rush him when he is obviously not ready.
Kulich had a good AHL season but both JJ and quin had a better AHL season before entering the NHL and when they did they both struggled to contribute.
The question is why put them in NHL when they are not ready and with the added pressure to make playoffs no need to rush them. Also sabres will benefit from having them on ELC for an extra year when the big cap hits start.
