Realistically all teams tell you to kick rocks. A 32 year old Dillon won't get you Ufko and Scheifele does NOT get you Swayman. And Buffalo blocks your number if you ask for JJP in any expiring UFA goalie trade.

A protected first is the best you'll get for hellebuyck. Jjp and kulich aren't on the table.

Helle isn't getting a first+, he's expiring and wants like 9m on his next contract. Scheifele doesn't get you Swayman because Boston likely won't be able to afford his next contract and Swayman is their starter for the foreseeable future.

So you’re saying this on situation, not on actual values, that makes more sense, don’t worry scheifele not getting traded for swayman, helly probably not going to Buffalo either. Both would be some packages and retained when gms feeling more pressure to improve around the deadline. Tough to move cap this off-season with so many up against it.

Look at the PLD trades jet fans had to suffer through for a year. Montreal fans were convinced they would get him for whatever garbage they could scrape together. Did that happen? Of course not, because most fans can't think rationally about their teams.

A 4th rounder like Ufko is a longshot to be an AHL regular. He's a dime a dozen with no value.
