I'd love for the Leafs to be able to get Laughton for that. Unfortunately they aren't in a position to be signing a middle 6 forward to 3 mil cap wise anymore. This is a ship that sailed back when they signed Domi.

If Briere gives up TK and Laughton for that I would want him fired on the spot. And he’s my favorite Flyer of all time. We have turned down a 1st and 2nd for Laughton and other offers of a 1st but we would take a broken prospect, a 3rd, and a 4th? And for TK it’s been reported Briere wants multiple 1sts and multiple prospects but we get a good prospect, and then the 2nd and 3rd basically cover the awful cap dump contract that is Joseph. So we basically get TK for 1 good prospect? Yikes no thanks to those I would hope he gets fired immediately for those trades.

That Vancouver offer has zero chance of happening. I think you mistaken who would need to give up the first round pick.

Sanheim's got a fat NTC and I doubt he waives for his hometown rival unless he really wants to be closer to home, but guven how he said he doesn't want to leave Philly I doubt that.
