Maybe because you have not traded any body, cap will be 77 mil, Nuge and Sekera will be traded for cheaper players and you overpaid Nurse and Draisaitl by a lot. If Draisaitl wants 10.5 mil, let him be offer sheeted by a team like Vancouver.

Well RHN does have value as player but maybe not at 6m. Most teams would want/need to send money back to Oilers in such a deal, which defeats the purpose of trading him. Oilers need the money, might have to "give" him away without getting much in return.
