I don't know @Snowhawk18. A 4th to take Comrie seems about right. Hawks might consider this with F/C instead of a 7th going back to Buffalo. Waive Comrie at the end of training camp. If he gets claimed, who cares. Still have the pick. If not, he practices and plays an occasional game in Rockford until Mrazak ends up on IR like he inevitably will. I could see the Hawks doing this.

Perhaps however, with five goalies already signed I don’t see the need to bring in another unless the accompanying assets are too difficult to refuse, a 4th ain’t it for me.

Davidson can acquire 4th round or better picks quite easily at the TDL by moving the likes of Foligno, Perry, Johnson etc. I would rather keep the cap flexibility for a bigger cap dump move just before the season begins or at the TDL.
