They lost that series to TB 4-2 so would have to have won two more games to get to the final where they would had to have won another four games. They were six games away, not one.

Wrong TB won the series 4-2, So they were 2 victories from winning it. And they weren't going to beat Tampa anyways.

Imagine if Sorokin was the goalie for that run. Varlamov was still great but i think Sorokin is on another level
