Wolf can be a star and Vladar is good and cheap. And it's easy to get out players out of Calgary so Markstrom will waive to whomever, could be Buffalo who need a goalie or L.A. who also need a bonafide number 1 if they want to win.

I think I know my team a bit better than you. Wolf could be a star 3 years from now but he's not ready to play more than 25 games a season. Vladar is capable of being a 1A/1B but you need a tandem to do that.

Dubas is trying to get the most expensive defenceman so the "no room and no cap" thing clearly isn't stopping him. Teams can always find cap space if they want a player bad enough.
