Yea, I blame Dubas a lot....Poor negotiator, poor drafting, bad signings. But it seems he has been left alone to do "All" the GMs duties. Where has Shanahan and vast overpaid Leaf executives overseeing the total operation. It seems to similar to what happened in the Burke era. Burke was so arrogant he kept all the power and his minions...(high priced yes did nothing) except agree with Burke.
Dubas isn't so arrogant, but his fellow executives aren't helping at all. Seems like the Shanahan hires...the execs, just have titles but have no input on the team decisions.</div></div>
