Well for one this certainly isn't a bundle and if they trade Demko they go from solid goaltending to bad goaltending which likely makes Petey want out so yeah I doubt Van is moving Demko for something like this.

Demko when healthy was good last season. The only reason his numbers were bad was because he played 15 games while injured at the start of the season, and also had to play in front of a historically bad PK and a terrible defense outside of Hughes and Bear

If you’d rather use those 15 games instead of his healthy games this season and the 2 previous seasons of great play then you may as well say Bobrovsky is a top 3 goalie in the league after his playoff run and Vasilevskiy is washed after his struggles to end the season and in the playoffs

Demko at 5v5: .930 SV%, 7.72 GSAA, 8.22 GSAx
Demko in all situations: .918 SV%, -1.92 GSAA, 9.86 GSAx

It’s their own fault that his trade value is damaged

The Canucks asking price was a 1st, a blue chip prospect, and a Raty level prospect. They have no reason to sell low on their franchise goalie who has a great contract. Just because you don’t want to give up what it would take for him doesn’t mean he’s worthless

1- that asking price is ABSURD
2- didn’t say he was worthless
3- never said VAN would sell low
4- i don’t want him AT ALL regardless
