Description

Dubas said that Guentzel will miss the first five (5) games of the season, therefore no LTIR. He will use waivers to help with cap and that he wants to have a 22 man roster with one extra forward and one extra defenseman.

You do realize Carter has a full no-movement clause...right? Carter would have to waive and the only other teams I could see Carter waiving to would be a serious contender and maybe OTT because of Giroux. Other than that, Carter simply will not agree to waive his NMC.
