And sorry i don't see Edmonton being on Brett Pesces 15 team trade list. He's another American who reportedly doesn't want to play in Canada.

In all seriousness, I don't know if Kane and toews are going to be that interested in playing. In Edmonton seems like a stretch.

If you drop Ceci and the retention on Pesce, it's not a million miles away

Doesn't make much sense for Carolina. Still leaves them with 9 defensemen on the roster, and neither player coming back would be a regular in the lineup. If Pesce was moved i'm sure it would be for a forward.

To be clear, those trades are not recent rumors, you just made them up to clear space for Toews & Kane.

Both trades are poor value for Edmonton and Holland wouldn't touch them. He has never once paid a first for a rental, and since he refused to include Broberg in a potential Chychrun deal we can be certain he wouldn't send him out for Pesce.

Pesce's defensive Rels aren't better than Ceci's, despite playing slightly easier minutes. So I'm not convinced swapping those 2 is beneficial to Edmonton anyhow, but certainly isn't worth adding high-end assets.

And Foegele is easily worth more than a 4th. He posted better 5v5 numbers than Kane did last year.
