If Tampa could make the cap work, perhaps. Seeler is definitely better than Fleury and possibly better than De Haan. Tampa will likely save what little space they can make for an add at the deadline or a F add now if they feel that's needed, but having extra defensive depth with a solid #5/#6 type(on Tampa anyway)like Seeler wouldn't be a.bad thing.
