You think Perbix will be a 20 minute defenseman? 25 year old rookie defenseman seems old and he only played 15 minutes a night. But he seems like he was good at NCAA

Also you think Jeannot will be top 6? He certainly didn't seem that way this year from what I saw.

Re cap #. I don't think any of us can say "probably". Anything this far out is a guess.

Eyssimont will almost certainly be in the lineup, hopefully in the middle six. Perbix should be Hedman's partner based on what we've seen so far.

Do me a favor and look at any TBL ACGM Made by a Lightning fan and you would see Perbix with Hedmen or Sergachev and Jeannot on the Top 6 because we have no better option. Hell look at our Depth Chart https://www.capfriendly.com/depth-charts/lightning, Notice Jeannot is the 2nd line RW

Stammer is resigning in Tampa. It probably takes $6m a year. Rest of the openings will be filled by Vets on cheap deals who are looking to win and young guys up from Syracuse. If the cap goes up to $87.5 as expected, it won't be as difficult as the past two summers have been.

After getting Hagel re-signed cheaper than expected, next off season is very manageable. Stamkos gets in the 7 range, Raddysh gets a small bump and will be the 3RD, Eyssimont ahould also ve fairly inexpensive to keep l, and then it's De Haan or another 3LD dill in for a year or two, a 7D, and 1 more bottom 6 F. The team could look like

Jeannot-Paul-Eyssimont

With ~12.5 to work with, provided a cap number of 87.5, Tampa will be fine. They likely won't be able to add any big names next offseason, but keeping the key guys they already have is far more important. They can always add a rental at the deadline this year if they feel they need to, as with best cap moves, they could add someone making in the 3.2-3.4 range(with 50% retention, or even as much as 4.25 or so with double max retention).
