the one they just signed who was the worst defensive player on the worst defensive team in the league who is significantly worse than about 13 defenders in the leafs system.

Not sure I would go that far but it sure is typical of a certain element of Leafs Nation to lose their minds over someone who hits. That crowd still think McCabe is good.

Ducks receive Brodie, Liljegren, Robertson

Leafs receive Vatrano, Vaakanainen

If this is true, Treliving might just be the shortest tenured GM in history. Vatrano is a decent depth guy. Brodie is statistically one of the best Defensive Defensemen in the league, Liljegren has huge potential, Robertson looks like he could be solid one day. Giving up all that for cap space I'm assuming, even though Vatrano is 3.65 mil this year and next year. He also doesn't seem to really fit in anywhere in the lineup except for the 4th line, which is a waste of almost 4 mil in cap space for the next 2 years.

that isnt a trade rumour, that is blatant speculation by a rumor blog with a worse hit rate than eklund
