LOL, no need for a cap dump, an over glorified winger a mid prospect

Nuge doesn't waive his no move for Toronto and Edmonton doesn't give a promising young defensemen and player who produces and signed to a long term good cap hit for nylander

Oiler fans are going to be on here saying Nuge is better because of points he gets off the coattails of McDavid

Leafs didnt want to pay campbell when he was throwing up much better numbers, they dont want him now with the inflated contract.

Not to mention, Nylander is way better than Nuge and Broberg has been a can't miss prospect for 3 seasons and can't stick with an Oilers team that employs Ceci.

Look at reasonable for 2023/24. Nylander better than RNH, Woll better than Campbell. Brodie better than Broberg. Cap is about the same
Next year the Leafs are infintely better 766,000 Woll and 12m in cap rather than RHN, Campbell and Broberg at about 11m

Who cares? Nuge is a 50 point player without better players carrying the load. He's a product of McDavid and doesn't deserve a huge contract. Nylander produces way more by himself than Nuge ever will.

Pretty sure nuge was having 60 point season in lower scoring season long before McDavid was around, I think Edmonton would rather have nuge at 5.5 then Nylander at 9.5m like how much more points does nylander get play with mcdavid then nuge? is nylander benefiting from tarves or mathews?

I didn’t think it was possible but this definitely takes the cake for the worst nylander trade yet

Like try adding two firsts to that and the leafs still probably don’t do it
