I've sworn off ever commenting on Pesce trades so I'll only comment on the other two.
The PHI trade has the look of a "you'll regret this next summer" trade. Tippett would be stepping into a team with probably the league's best selection of playmakers after a 27 goal season and will be due his 3rd contract at year's end. With most of Brown's bonuses all but guaranteed to carry over, swapping Tippett and Holloway will severely limit the team's ability to fill out a contending roster. Further, I'm partial to keeping Holloway due to his style of play and development timeline. If handled correctly, Holloway and Broberg are the ideal players to act as the cost efficient roster glue of a contending roster through the remainder of McDavid's current contract.
The TOR trade is just awful value for EDM. Up until his 25 game run with TOR, Timmins was a fringe player that was trending in the direction of playing overseas within 2 years. A single hot streak in sheltered minutes doesn't spike his value to being worth a 2nd, let alone with a 4th and fellow fringe Dman. Even if it were only Timmins for a 4th, I don't think I'd make that trade.
