Description
Controversial Explanations:
Ovi- Still an elite goal scorer, but isnt a good skater, is terrible defensively, and isnt as good as people think he is anymore
Bennett- Never has had 50 points
Montour- One good season, not too great defensively, people overrate him massively
Bob- Elite playoffs, but isnt a top 10 goalie like people think, wasnt good in the regular season
Ek- Terrible defensively, coming from a Pens fan
Klingberg- This guy is the worst defenseman defensively and is still getting paid every time he hits free agency
Morrissey- I like Josh Morrissey, but I dont think hes a top 10 defenseman like a lot of others do
Kaner- While people know that Patty Kane is washed, there are still people who think hes that guy. Being on the rangers really exposed his decline

hoping morrissey can build off last season and continue being such an offensive threat, a new system + plus some time from personal matters really helped him

Who thinks klingberg is good, obviously Montour and Morrissey had breakout seasons idk if I'd say overated but I think morrissey is for real but not Montour

Idk if its fair to say Bennett is overrated because he's never hit 50 points. People don't think of him as a PPG player or a guy who should be leading teams in scoring. His value comes more from his ability to get under the other teams skin, forecheck, draw penalties, and play solid defense

if he can have another season like that year id consider him for a top 15 defensemen spot

In an extremely sheltered defensive system with a ton of support. His playoff metrics are subpar across the board.

I don't think Morrissey, Barzal or Andersen belongs here. And I haven't heard barely anyone speak highly of Kuznetsov after last season.

he signed for 7 mil in anaheim and 4 million in toronto. dallas was also gonna sign him to like an 8 by 7 but he thought he was worth more than that
