Yep, the Leafs get better defensively....Brodie/Liljegren/Tkimmins exchanged for Olesiak/Borgen and Kulak.
But it's awful declined with the forwards....Nylander/Jarnkrok/ Kamff/Reeves/Lafferty exchanged for Shaw/AZR/PJ/White/Gambrell.

Starting to think you (@NucksExec) are a closet Leafs fan; well maybe not closeted since you post about them every day. No issues with that - Leafs Nation can always accommodate another member but this was not your best effort. Team is much worse post trades

Don't think this makes sense for the Leafs, I mean that 4th line is brutal.
And since when does Oleksiak cost a 1st?

Don't always get hired by your hometown team. Yea honestly was playing around with the D then dumped a bunch of cap and filled.out the forwards with league min guys.

Lots of good UFAs upfront IMO.

I don't know why Edmonton would trade Lavoie before finding out what they have in him. Drop him from the trade and you have a deal.

Cause if they don't like what he is they lose him for free on waivers. So might as well sell the mystery box and maximize value.

Holland has always been more conservative like this with prospects.

If they don't like what they see they won't care if they lose him to waivers.

Nobody is going to give much value for him without seeing him in pre-season games anyhow. Edmonton may as well wait and see.
