Pettersson is a very Good player, no way Buffalo does that. Especially with both Quinn and Kulich in there.

To be honest, if Thompson and cozens didn't look as good as they do, I might consider this. Center is just so incredibly important, if your centers aren't "very good or better", you are dead in the water. But thompson and cozens have been very good. Hes gonna need a huge contract, dahlin and power both need expensive contracts too, it's a ton to give up, and it's not a position of need.

I would absolutely do this if he comes with an extension

I doubt the Wild make this trade. There is no reason to, they will still have a major cap crunch next year, I think they would wait till the year after when Boeser is a FA and then when they have the money freed up from the buyouts try and get him in FA without having to give up assets.

Hey he's a fantastic player. But I really think Kulich is gonna be very good. Be like 30mill in 3 player's with Dahlin Power Pettersson.

Very true, but don't want to have to use them all at once. Sabres can slow roll a few of them.

Well, we wouldn't have to. None of the extensions go onto affect until 24-25

I know that, still 30 some million added to the cap on 3 player's. And slow play is 25/26 or 26/27

It's not 30 million added to the cap. Dahlin already makes 6 and petersson over 7. Power is getting bonuses pushing his cap hit higher.

Apologies not adding 30mill, but still spending 30ish mill on 3 players
