Probably a realistic prediction for the lineup but I think Harris is in over Kovacevic

The Janmark disrespect is wild, he's better (for Right now) than RHP, Gallagher, Pearson, Pezzeta, Slaf, Jankowski and Evans IMO

MTL accepts the EDM trade all day
Not sure about the Nash one, the Habs get 6 years older with no real incentive IMO. Add their 4th in 2024 since Nash has 3 to play with maybe?

Janmark is on the downhill, Evans is doing a bit better, RHP is way better, and Pearson will be better with habs, as for the statement on Slaf and Gallagher, you need to look at habs games way more cuz geez your off !

Ylonen is not in my book I take Jankowski because he is big, has good puck control, and nice face-off acumen to play with Gally and Personne

You've never seen Janmark play live, he's every teams dream very similar to Byron, what he does doesn't always show up on the score sheet. Does nothing exceptionally well but, does a little bit of everything well.
Better than Gally, not even close. If you think Janmark is declining and Gally is already dead in comparison.
For Slaf, I'm going of last year. He struggled adjusting and for how he played, Janmark was better but, Slaf might be better after a good off-season.
RHP had a great flash to end the year, we'll see if he can do it again this year, give me the consistent good player in Janmark.
Pearson was injured all year last year, a stretch to predict he'd play better than Janmark.

Fair enough but add the 3rd and it's a go otherwise could be considered lopsided a bit. Lots of wingers looking for a spot.

Janmark is way better than Evans and he’s always been idk what ur talking about or seeing but Edmonton is 100% not gonna trade for an AHL player Evans doesn’t make the starting line up in Edmonton

Janmark is on the downhill stop trying to compare youngster to him.

Jankowski was pretty much all you could ask for out of a 13th forward type for NSH last season. He's less likely to get into games this season, so I'd be fine with swapping him out for a younger RFA in Ylönen. With the added pick though, it's a pass from NSH. Ylönen's not worth a 4th to NSH, and he'd likely get sent down and have to pass waivers to start the season anyway. There's no sense in throwing away a pick for a fringe roster guy, especially when there's a chance they could lose him for nothing.

Ylonen would be that 13th forward for you he is a great complimentary guy.

He could be. If NSH goes with youth over a vet like Jankowski in that spot though, I think Afanasyev has earned it.

Either way, Ylönen isn't someone I'd be interested in giving up a pick for.

that's why I offered a 1vs1. I want a big centerman on my 4th line

Like I said originally, I wouldn't be opposed to that. It was when MacGyver said they felt NSH should be adding a pick, that's when I think NSH declines.

There's no guarantee Jankowski makes the main roster out of camp anyway. MTL might get the chance to pick him up for free off waivers.
