Even Laffy, he would need a pick in the 15-22 range, a young roster player (middle 6 or bottom 4), and a prospect, maybe B-level. So basically, replacing Kubalik for a 1st, and that is just for Laffy

The Rangers aren't engaging in any Ottawa trade that doesn't include Tarasenko coming back home. And Alexis and Braden are both completely off the table

The Rangers will not be trading Schneider - at least very unlikely.

That could be a very mediocre offer for Laffy only though. Bump that 2nd to a top 10 protected first and New York considers it. Although I don't think their cap can handle it. I would need to check.

And before people say anything, that 1st + Kubalik + Brannstrom is significantly better than what DeBrincat returned
