For starters, the Blues have no cap for this nonsense. And they have been abusing Klingberg for eons, including back when he wasn't total trash 5v5. That one's a big swing and a miss.

Leafs shouldn't be trading about their only forward prospect and their only Dman prospect and a first for two years of Konecky. Trading Klingberg for Scallena doesn't improve the Leafs for this season.

Klingberg has a MTC as well. No way Trev is trading Cowan, he is the scrappy type forward the leafs need.
