Nashville gives up a top 3 goalie prospect and a solid young player, for the best goalie not currently playing in the NHL plus a prospect who may rise in Nashville.
Philly loses their #1 but gets a prospect more than capable of taking the reigns within a season or 2, and a current goalie to hold the spot until the rebuild starts bearing fruit. Maybe there should be a pick coming their way as well (a 2nd from Nashville?)

Philly has no use for Markstrom and won't want to trade Frost either. The Flyers would get a better return for Hart alone anyhow without having to take back Markstrom or move Frost.
Calgary won't be trading Wolf and Markstrom won't be waiving for Philly either.
