Carolina has the best D corps in the league. A 6-7 in Carolina is a 4/5 anywhere else

Yeah the best D in the league, sits in last place in goals against, i think the D is suppose to help that, i would assume if you were the best D corps then you would be closer to the top not a bottom feeder.

Canes say no because of jalen’s play at league minimum and that depth is near priceless for a team trying to contend.

Its a more than fair offer though

Canes, one of those trades where it doesn’t make sense for either side. Sens shouldn’t (and wouldn’t) trade a 2nd for Chatfield…and Canes shouldn’t trade away a player who fits their system so well.
