Description
I’m sure they aren’t gonna give up on Jarry yet, but it’s fun to speculate regardless. I know they both have M-NTCs, but assume they ok it. Jarry is 1 year younger and has one more year on his deal. Almost identical money per year. Would you do it?

From the jackets perspective, i would only want to trade Elvis for a goalie with less term, not more

I wouldnt. Nothing against the trade in the sense that it could work. But the worst part of jarry in my opinion is his money. Just trading for another starter b/ back up with the same money. Pens should try and target cheap options that are decent/ inconsistent/ starter b options like hill or Thompson or francouz or kotchetkov or vejmelka or someone young like levi wallsted wolf. That way they can add more two way scoring forwards like marchessault or something

As bad as I think Jarmo would like to move Elvis' contract out, I don't think there is any way he trades him to PIT. When is the last time these two teams made a deal?

For CBJ I'd think they would say no because Elvis has shown improvement this year while Jarry has regressed and is doing worse than last year.
