Nope from Boston

Fans always tend to over value their own players let alone the value of goaltenders

I disagree, what’s worse for the oilers is not making playoffs and constantly getting shafted in net. This gives them their solution to goal tending.

Bruh, Ullmark sucks. It’s just the bruins defensive system that is elite.

There are far better solutions than moving the 3rd best forward, who locked in to an outstanding contract, for a goalie with little term, let alone alone adding picks to the deal. No way. Not to mention the Campbell cap anchor is still unsolved. There are far more plausible ways, Holland is just too incompetent to make any of them happen.

Sucks is a stretch, he’s a solid goalie, but yeah, Ullmark is not what people seem to think he is. The Bruins should be happy to get a 1st for him. It’ll probably happen in the off-season, my guess is LA. There’s no way the Oil should move Nuge and his great contract, especially if doing so doesn’t get rid of Campbell.

We can use this argument for every other goalie on a good team. Bruins haven't been elite defensively this season and he's still been great.

They have some the best defensive metrics in the league.
On a side note, if you have TikTok look up themythofhockey. Very insightful

They don't this season and again, we can say this about any goalie on a good team.

You haven’t watched much of the Bruins. The save % on high danger chances doesn’t suggest it’s the defense that is bailing out the goalies. It’s the other way around.

Boston has a premium goalie coach that takes raw players and corrects a lot of their flaws, but Ullmark is what he’s shown the past two years. He went from fundamentally flawed to sound since his time in Boston.

If a team is not offering a premium package, Boston keeps him because two good goalies is the best thing for job security for a GM.

Goalie value is interesting because teams that have great goalies don’t trade them unless they have a younger great goalie on the horizon

BOS has no need for RNH. He's not an elite 1C, which is the only way BOS trades Ullmark in season this year.

THANK YOU!

Bruins aren't the ones who are desperate to make a move the Oilers are - RNH isn't a game changer/doesn't move the needle for the Bruins. Boston is better off riding Zacha-Poitras-Coyle-Beecher down the middle if thats the return.
