Jonsson-Fjällby is an AHL middle 6er, Stanley was on waivers, Pionk is very mid and overpaid and only a 2nd? lmao ok

Logan Stanley has never been on waivers. He will be in like a month, but it hasn't happened yet lol.

This isn't enough for Pulock and he probably doesn't waive anyway, seems like a guy that wants to retire an Islander.

Fjallby would be a good depth fan favorite, throw in. Pionk is quality and relatively young while Stanley was a 1st (I wish he played more) that would help with Islanders depth. NY only skates 4 d-men for a reason, maybe a 1st instead of a 2nd but at the end of the day NY either needs a lot of depth for cheap and ride those great veterans and a top goalie or blow it up. They are in a similar situation as Winnipeg except I think Winnipeg is a more realistic playoff team. The Islanders sure run their top guy ragged, is it coaching or quality that they do not seem to play a more balanced lineup.

Pulock would take our 1st plus one of Barlow/McG/Salmon/Lucius and add in a roster player for cap purposes, that would be at least and they may want more. He’s exactly what we need and why it would cost a boatload. He would also need to waive.
Chevy should have pushed hard for Dobson in the offseason with an overpay. Too late now, he’s rebounding nicely.

Dude what. Im a NYI fan lmao what are you talking about. First off Pulock playing 23-24 minutes a night. Hes our top pair shutdown guy (him and Dobson split). We arent trading him for a bunch of depth pieces even if he didnt have a NTC
