Trade could be to any team. Ceci doesn't have negative value. But he also doesn't have very much value. I think finding a better player for the back end would be helpful.

Fabbro has been in trade rumours for quite some time in Nashville, and he is basically just replacing Ceci. You're getting virtually the same offensive production. However, Fabbro has 28 blocks, and 13 hits in 12 games. Compared to Ceci's 13 blocks 8 hits. In 13games. You get younger, cheaper, and a bit better on the back end.

I'm not very good at trade values so just bare with me.

It's rumored that Frost is on the outs with torts. He has more offensive upside than McLeod. They both make the same amount and both the same age. Perhaps Frost adds some offensive punch to the bottom 6.

Again...not great at trade values. But Ryan McLeod has 3 points in 12 games. 13 hits. He's 47% on the draws, and is getting the most ice time of his career so far. Compare this to Frost who has 3 points in 8 games. But also 6 hits, 44% on the draws. And getting less ice time than last year. McLeod may fit the flyers mold a bit more.

I saw an idea before of the oilers getting POJ by a few on this site. And thought it was a good idea to get someone who may turn it around. Not sure about moving Petry to RD. But hey could work. These are just ideas.

Again not good at trade values. But this guy has at least 40 games of NHL experience. But hasn't done much in the AHL this year. Pens are basically just getting something for someone they don't one.

Oilers get some insurance in goal for cheap.
