Not happening for multiple reasons.

Pasta’s full NMC tells you to piss off.

Campbells full cap hit Boston tells you to piss off.

Remove Campbell - Pasta and Boston still say no so there’s that.

Losing Pastrnak and gaining McDavid is only a slight improvement.
Losing McAvoy for Bouchard is a massive loss.

No doubt McDavid is more valueable than Pasta but, he's not McAvoy more valueable.
But I'm a big McAvoy fan and think he's the 2nd best Dman in the league

Realistically EDM wouldn’t trade McDavid unless it’s an overlay so

Edmonton has so little say in any McDavid trade. The same way McDavid is now running the entire oilers organization, he'd control any trade with his NMC.
