This is a fair trade

This is a hard no for COL because of the cap next year. It puts them over a $1M over the cap but still leaves a number of spots that would have to be signed at least 5 and it empties the cupboard. There is zero chance COL trades for someone like Nelson with out a contract that is on the books for next year coming off. It’s math.

At least with Frost they could make the cap maybe work not a chance someone like Nelson does, at least without a contract going back.

Isles accept, Avs declne, mainly through cap reasons. As others have mentioned Frost could be interesting though.
