Canucks pass. Garland is an effective middle-sixer who can play in the Top-6. Yeah, he's overpaid, but he's one of our best two-way guys.

Vancouver also has no interest in Fabbro, absolutely zero, he's a bottom pairing guy and the Canucks want a Top-4. The 2nd isn't being moved without a quality guy coming back the other way (like Hronek). Jim Benning left two seasons ago.

Don’t think the Sabres would be willing to part with Quinn,
but we do have other good young pieces to make a deal work

I’d offer a protected 1st with Krebs, Rosen and Comrie/UPL for Saros

Quinn and unprotected 1sts are off the table

You had a very slim chance… but you landed on one of probably five teams that don’t need Saros (with NYI, NYR, VAN, WPG (are there others?)). Any other team would probably pay that dollar value for Saros.

I’m a nucks fan and I like what Fabbro brings. I think he’s really underrated on the defensive side of the game but the fact that his offence is often not there overshadows his defensive skill set. I would love for him to be in a top 4 role in VAN.

A team that currently has the 4th worst record in the NHL, Needs more then an Xtreme Retool they need a full blown rebuild.
