Yeah for the pens it is, Vancouver isn't trading a guy that had 39 goals last year for scraps

Why would the Canucks, who are currently very likely to make the playoffs, move one of their best forwards for a 2nd round pick?

Yes I know Canucks are in a playoff spot. I just keep seeing Kuz getting healthy scratched, what’s the deal with that? I like the player on and off the ice. Also, would his money off the books help resign Hronek and bring in a Tanev or Zadorov?

You're reading way too much into it lol. He got caught floating and it resulted in a Colorado goal, that's it. Also, you saying he keeps getting scratched but this is the first game he's been scratched this season

AZ passes rakell had big year last year but looks like settling back to normal for him 40pt guy, not bad prolly not worth 5m for 5 more years (till 35 yo). I dont see AZ doing anything unless its C or top pair guy, they have so many W and W prospects, they have tons of D prospects but are so thin at C.

He’s been scratched twice. Once was right after he took a 90+ MPH JT Miller one timer right off the face. The other was last night to give the lineup a new look. Tocchet did the same thing with him last year, healthy scratch for a game. He came back the next game and went on an insane stretch the next week. He’ll be back in the lineup tomorrow and probably bounce back big time, he seems to respond well to it.

Any trading of Kuz will fill need not a pick.
