I will preface this by stating I firmly believe that Seattle isn't going to be super willing to trade Larsson, Tolvanen, or Borgen. Even if they end up selling this year, it will be more of a soft sell that helps reload the team for next year, with players like the those three still around to aid in that effort.
However, for the sake of this exercise, here are my takes on what I think it might take for the Canucks to pry these players out of Seattle:
Adam Larsson: Serviceable roster player, top-four defenseman prospect, first and second round picks
Example: Adam Larsson for Conor Garland, Tom Wallinder, Vancouver's 2024 1st round pick, Vancouver's 2025 2nd round pick
Eeli Tolvanen: First round pick or similarly valued prospect/young NHL player
Example: Eeli Tolvanen for Vancouver's 2025 1st round pick
Will Borgen: First round pick, prospect with a decent chance of being an NHL regular in some capacity
Example: Will Borgen for DPetey and Vancouver's 2024 1st round pick
These valuations are probably more than what these players are worth in a vacuum, but I think it would take overpayments like this to convince the Kraken to trade away players they otherwise wouldn't deal, especially to a team in the same division.
