Cody Ceci is better, cheaper, and under contract for less term than Risto: what gives you the impression that EDM would make that trade?

I also imagine that COL & LA would decline.

Byram just had a bad start to the season. I wouldn’t say fans are souring on him, they just know he can play at a top pairing level. So it’s frustrating to see him take stupid penalties and all that.

Dude lots of COL fans get pissed off if a guy makes a single mistake, Byram made a series of delay of game penalties that had the vocal minority losing their mind. He is still playing 20 minutes a night on a cup contender, a guy that has been frequently scratched and a 2nd doesn’t come close to the value of Byram.

Easy no for the Avs. Byram has just become the temporary whipping boy while Girard is in the PAP for some Colorado 'fans'. It doesn't mean much.
