Forget the Reaves move and bury him instead, send Nashville that 1st for taking a player we aren't interested in and sending you players you are interested in and we'll make the deal. I mean you may even convince Trotz to take on Reaves too, for an additional price.

You've made the Leafs worse by trading Jarnkrok. Barrie in his one year as Leaf was their worse Dman. I don't know who he would bump at RHD....Not Brodie, not Timmins (who has been playing well) or the returning Liljegren.
Reaves is an easy 200,000 cap hit if demoted. But you know Leaf fans, if Reaves was traded, come TDL they would insist on trading for a non relevant bruiser for the playoffs.
