No, BUF needs D and G, they have plenty of young F. Jokiharju is way too important of a piece (at least right now) to the D corp to give up for a guy who doesn't seem to want to put in the effort after getting paid.

True on need, but they need a jolt up front too.

Besides Joker is becoming expendable with R.Johnson improving. This could be one of several moves they need to measure

I could see it in terms of value I just don’t think this is the “right move” for Buffalo. Jokiharju has really elevated his game with Buffalo and become an important member of their blue line.

Not sure how I’d work the deal but I don’t think it should involve Joker. But that’s just my opinion
