I don’t think so either. As I said in the description, this is all only in the hypothetical situation Crosby changes his mind and decides to take a run at the Cup with Nate.

If you’re trading Crosby/Malkin/Letang/Karlsson, I think it’s time for a rebuild. No reason to spend like $30M on UFA top 6 forwards and $13M on a new top pairing.

Also, Lindholm doesn’t consider that deal. Others look light as well.

If Crosby asks for a trade and he only wants to be traded one place (COL), what makes you think the Avs would surrender that many first round picks?

I don't see Sid being traded anyway.

0% chance we trade them at this deadline, but we will likely be sellers at deadline and then go into a rebuild in the offseason. Once the rebuild starts the chances go up significantly. I want them to stay and I think at least 1-2 of them will, but they deserve a chance to compete for a cup elsewhere if they'd rather do that then stick around for a rebuild. It's their decisions.
