A bad goalie in an awful contract, a bottom pairing defender on a bad contract and a worse forward. This is so bad for the leafs

Leafs pass. If Nylander wants to extend 10 x 8, Leafs should just sign him themselves.

I have zero interest in Gibson. Not a fan of huge goalie contracts. I view him as negative value, based on his contract.
Terry would be a nice add and a solid replacement if we do sell Nylander.
Lyubuskin is a 7th dman. I wouldn't mind getting him back, but a 3rd round picks is TOPS for him.

Leafs adding a 1st round pick is wild here also.

Gibson still doesn't waive for Toronto.

Terry at 7 million AAV is better value than Nylander at 10. He is also not available.

Samsonov is a straight cap dump at this point, not even playing AHL quality hockey.

Not sure Toronto has the defensive support Gibson is looking for to be honest.

it's always really funny when you say gibson wont waive for the leafs and then call another player coming from toronto a cap dump in the same go

Among goalies who have appeared in 15 or more games, 2 have allowed 57 goals; one has faced 620 shots, the other has seen 617.

This puts them 15/16 in save percentage (0.908) and 14/15 in goals against average (2.77 and 2.80).

The guy who's faced 3 more shots in 16 more minutes of ice time is 14 - 7; the other guy is 7 -13.

Ya think that the greater component of the difference between the two goalies might be the teams they play for?

One plays for the best team in the league (measured only by current points), the other plays for the third worst.

one goalie has been bad for like 20 games and was one of the best goalies in the regular season last year, one goalie has been bad for 4+ seasons. But sure, one is a cap dump and the other isnt

As far over your head as a 747. You're so hilariously clueless. You didn't even understand the point I was trying to make.
