    Sharks mull this as they were one of the clubs interested in Dvorak.. but Sturm’s D, PK, and face off prowess makes me feel like keeping the cheaper option.

    Can't imagine they'd even remotely consider this. Don't recall them ever being interested in Dvorak. All i see is a Hockey Now article from before Grier's tenure that poses the question.

    Even when Sturm is snakebitten offensively, he does everything else right. It just adds 2.45 mil to the cap for this year and next and doesn't solve the problem of having too many depth roster players taking spots of young players that should be playing there.

    Sharks were interested! But he has regressed in a Montreal and Sturm has become a fantastic signing so I agree they don’t go for this.
