I could see a 3rd and good prospect or a 2nd and good prospect. Not a midlevel guy or a bluechip, but a high midlevel guy, because your pick is likely bottom of the round

That’s fair. I think the Rangers could really use Laughton or someone like him. Cheapish center with term (under 4 mill)

Suppose Zac Jones, Edstrom and a 2nd for Staal and Laughton? Personally I’d prefer to hold on to Sykora othmann and Perrault, but any other prospects I could trade. Edstrom is a mammoth center (had a a sip of coffee this year-1 game. Looked pretty good)

Rangers flyers trades happen so it’s possible, especially for Staal
