Leafs need a true top 4 dman. They don't need another bottom pair guy. They already have a bunch of those. So I would pass on Scandella, even though value seems more than reasonable!

EDM isn't interested. Vrana should be worth nothing in general, but especially for a team that needs to save every cap dollar possible.

That aside, I don't think Binnington holds anything close to enough value to return Mercer.
