  1. Luukkonen, Ukko-Pekka

I think a Greenway trade could happen in the offseason if Joshua walks

What kind of deal do you think he'll get and what kind of role will he play with the team long-term?

See that's around where I had in mind too, but $6M for a 3C is expensive especially with Kulich and Savoie coming up through the system.

tampa is the wrong team for UPL, they already have alnefelt and johansson has been serviceable. Will probably be looking for more experience

True, but Mitts has progressed nicely these last 2 seasons
I see us keeping him
If he is traded, it’s likely for that Top4 defenseman u have us signing. Don’t think we’d be looking for “futures” for him

Greenway is staying, the Sabres coach wanted him and the gm traded a 2nd for him. He is one of our few defensive forwards, and one of our few players that push back. Moving him for a 3rd and 4th isn't happening. I'm fine with moving mittelstadt, but not for futures. I'd add to him to get a top 4 right shot d that plays well defensively and isn't afraid to throw his weight around. The Sabres aren't paying anything meaningful for a guy like Gibson or hart, so I'm not sure that the goalies that are left much better than upl. Fixing the defense and adding a defensive middle 6 center that can pk and win a draw would help whoever is in net look better. Okposo is done, pass on that, and forsling would give us a full house of puck movers, which has worked really well for us, so let's pass on that too.

I don’t see Canucks having interest on Greenway.

Don't see the Greenway trade happening, they like him. And would rather use Mitts as a piece to get a Top 3-4 RHD, we have a lot of future already. Girgensons and Okposo should not be here next year and at this point I don't think Kulich is Defensively Sound enough to play C in the NHL, really hurt losing Peca’s Coaching with that. Don't see a lot of this happening! Not trying to be a jerk.

I don't think Kulich is a center at the NHL level, Savoie keeps getting hurt so it hard to tell.
