The pens get the cheaper and better player while Calgary gets to pay a 3rd. I don’t think they do that. Send the 3rd to Calgary and maaaaayyyyyybe you’re in the right direction. However I’m sure a team overpays at the deadline even though Lindholm isn’t having the best year.
