In my opinion, all three trades could work.

Hawks decline. Olausson isn't that good of a prospect.

Playoff roster I assume because Landy isn’t playing before then.

O.O would be in the nhl with your current squad. Not sure if you guys will get more, a recent 1st is not a common return for a 3/4C

Don’t read to much into stats, he’s a shooter that has never got to play with a center of note in the AHL at all but I definitely understand the stance.

I'd be fine with the Lindholm trade, though I think CAL is unlikely to take on Ryjo and retain on Lindholm. Would love to add Dickinson, but he will probably take more than a prospect like Olausson. I don't know if Johansson really improves things at G and isn't worth a 3rd regardless.

O.O. would be in the AHL, just like he is now. The Hawks (1) don't rush their prospects to the NHL under this management team. (2) Back to back 20 point seasons in the AHL doesn't exactly scream NHL ready. Olausson has a very good shot and not much else right now. He's got plenty to work on. With all the forwards the Hawks have drafted the past two years, I doubt Olausson would be a top 5 forward in the Hawks prospect pool right now. As for Dickinson, he probably returns a 2nd, assuming the Hawks even make him available in a deal

I haven't seen Olausson play much in the AHL, but I remember him from the draft. He was a guy some were projecting to the Hawks at pick #32. I know he has a very good shot. But there were concerns about his defensive game and that he took too many shifts "off". To me, he's likely to be a player along the lines of Victor Olafsson from Buffalo. Kind of a one trick pony.

Doesn't take shifts off from the games I've watched him this season. He's shown a strong attack and protection. You are right about stuff to work on, but a more mature version showed up this season and played like a mini Nuch. He was in consideration to stay up with the team to start the year. I would do a 2nd instead, figured O.O held more value.

Think TB say thanks but no. He played well in Vasilevskiy's absence and they're comfortable with him as a backup.

I think that’s a fair assessment I don’t think he is a bottom 6 guy at all.
