Only possible scenario to make it happen was if Pettersson force a trade, just like Tkachuk. But that to happen, Canucks would have to suck, and Sabres would have to... not suck. So we are nowhere near there.

There is no chance we can afford him if he asks for more than 13. He can sign for cheaper in the States(tax and whatnot is less there). If we can, this is the minimum package I'd want back. Ostlund just might become our top prospect, Cozens can be our 2C, and we can use the 1st(likely top 10) to draft another D man.
