If Kuzmenko is available…just curious, would Vancouver do:

Goodrow, Kakko and a first for him? Goodrow HAS to be taken off our hands tho in this trade

Vancouver could just buy him out after the season, it’s not overly expensive it’s just long

Doubt the Canucks do that, they might if they can flip Kakko and the 1st to something of use. Goodrow sucks, and probably don't want the additional dead cap along with the OEL buyout.

Ok that’s fair. It’s an interesting one tho I thought. Goodrow could be valuable this season ONLY (playoff experience). To be fair, he’s a good lockerrom guy and Kakko is being written too soon imo. Teams could regret passing up deals on him

Bill Armstrong is more likely to legally adopt Crouse and take him into his family than trade him.

Canucks are in a tough spot with the OEL buyout already but if that was the offer I think they would probably take it and see if Goodrow can fit in for a couple seasons or cap dump him elsewhere. Kakko would be a nice fit on the canucks and Tocchet's system.

If I was Arizona I wouldn’t trade Lawson Crouse.
Lawson Crouse is a better player than Andrei Kuzmenko.
Why would Arizona do this trade?

For the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, top prospect and potential that Kuzmenko gets back to being a top 6 winger.

Yea. Fans say buy out like it’s nothing, teams aren’t thinking like us lol. Especially if you already have one (I didn’t realized OEL was on their books still)

Kuz seems like he needs a new team because he has a lot of talent but he doesn’t seem to be fulfilling it there for whatever reason. Coaches and players don’t mesh sometimes I guess. We just need a bit more offense than Kakko. Kakko will be good over time, I think he’ll blossom kind of like Nichuskin did. Late but turn into a very good 2 way winger
